Southern Iowa Baseball’s provides specialized training in Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, and conditioning to baseball/softball players from Iowa, Northern Missouri and Western Illinois. Les Washington is committed to focusing on individual players and their specific strengths and goals. Les is an expert at designing specific, custom training routines that will take developing players to the pinnacle of performance needed to become the most sought after prospects for college and pro scouts. Les provides baseball lessons and camps for kids in little league to high school baseball and beyond. When you’re ready to maximize your baseball playing potential Southern Iowa Baseball can provide the training that will allow you to compete at the highest level.

LANE TIMMERMAN - catching & HITTING
Lane played high school baseball for Starmont High School and went on to play for Upper Iowa University.
He will work with catchers on all fundamentals of the catching position. He lives in Albia.
